Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Crannis Technology Services Ltd. (trading as CTS Electrical Services). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.


1. Services

We provide electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services for domestic, commercial, and EV charging clients. All work complies with UK standards and regulations.


2. Quotations and Payment

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.


3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work. We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred due to late cancellations.


4. Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as pre-existing electrical faults. All work is guaranteed for 12 months, subject to fair use.


5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
